Massive Dynamic Limited is a Hong Kong company that builds and operates its own product and delivers engineering and advisory services to clients. We apply the same engineering team to our product and to client work.
Permitra is built and run in-house by the same team that delivers our client work.
Why Hong Kong. Our clients are concentrated in South Asia — principally India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Nepal. A Hong Kong company is a familiar and credible counterparty in those markets in a way a small European consultancy is not, and Hong Kong provides straightforward multi-currency banking and contracting for cross-border service work.
