Why This Role Exists Permitra coordinates work permits and visas across 21 countries in the EU, CIS, and the Balkans for HR and recruitment agencies placing candidates abroad. We are building a direct partner network across South Asia — starting with India — to connect local outbound-recruitment and HR agencies to that coordination platform. About Massive Dynamic Limited (MDHK) MDHK is a Hong Kong-registered B2B consulting and technology company. Our platform, Permitra, gives recruitment agencies a single coordinated path to work-permit and visa processing across 21 destination countries, replacing fragmented per-country agents. Distribution runs primarily through HR and recruitment-agency partners. About the Role As our Immigration Services Partner for India, you will build and manage a portfolio of HR agencies, staffing companies, and licensed outbound-employment agencies that place candidates in EU, CIS, and Balkan roles. You originate the relationship and the deal; every case then moves through the Permitra partner portal, app.permitra.io, from intake through to completion. How We Work All client engagements and case processing run exclusively through the Permitra portal, app.permitra.io — no off-platform deals MDHK, as the Hong Kong-registered service provider, holds compliance and delivery responsibility for each case processed through the portal; your role is origination and relationship management This is an independent-partner engagement, formalized in a written contract before work begins Compensation Contract-based compensation tied to deals closed and processed through app.permitra.io.

What you'll do

• —Identify and build relationships with HR agencies, recruitment firms, and licensed outbound employment agencies in India
• —Present Permitra's work-permit and visa coordination services across our 21-country network
• —Qualify opportunities and guide partner agencies from first contact to a signed order
• —Process every engagement exclusively through app.permitra.io — case intake, documentation, and status tracking
• —Keep deal and client records current in the portal
• —Report on local market conditions: outbound labor demand, competitor activity, and regulatory developments affecting overseas employment

• —Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or immigration/relocation services
• —Working proficiency in English
• —Comfortable working inside a structured digital portal (training provided)
